John’s journey started when leaving school doing a full apprenticeship with a local firm. Had that one on one experience. Done level 2 and 3 NVQ and city and guilds, then went on to gas training. He then expanded his knowledge attending varies boiler manufacture training days. Unnvented hot water qualification. Tens of 1000s of hours of experience on boiler breakdown all different makes and models.
We are a family run business and want to bring the children into the business if they choose when they grow
We have lots of regular customers and word of mouth. We do appreciate the clients that talk about us to friends and family to get our name around.
We work in Lincoln and surrounding areas, find us in the inside lincs, tuncann magazines.
We only work with natural gas we would rather specialize in one instead of knowing a little bit about each
We are as competitive as can be, we can fit budget boilers to premium boilers to suit budgets
We do like doing the job properly fitting all filters to protect
We take cash, card, and bank transfer payments, no cheques
Once we have done one job we keep all details on a cloud-based software with all jobs/estimates done. Boiler servicing records and previous faults. Making call back appointments easier
I am very passionate about doing the job properly and don’t cut corners to be the cheapest. I won’t be the cheapest but the job will be done properly to the best of my knowledge and using good quality materials. We only supply our own materials as we know the quality is there for the future, not just a temporary fit. We give 1 year’s warranty on all our jobs. If our materials go wrong, we will come back and fix/change. Most manufactures we use offer longer warranty than 1 years on items so we can still get the goods for free but after the 1st year, we would have to charge a fee.
